Stocklake API is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. The operator does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or continuity of data or service.
All data, ratings, signals, and AI-generated analysis provided through this service are for informational purposes only. Nothing here constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. The operator is not a licensed financial advisor. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
Market data is sourced from public third-party feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on this data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this service — including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or service interruption.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate API keys at any time, with or without cause, including for suspected abuse or policy violations.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Free trial: Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the monthly Pro rate on day 8 and each month thereafter.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the billing portal on your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for unused days after cancellation.
Refunds: Refunds are available for the most recent payment only, if requested within the same billing period. To request a refund, contact api@stocklake.dev. Refunds are granted at the operator's discretion and are not guaranteed.
The operator reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
What we collect: e-mail address (for API key issuance and login), API usage logs (request counts per key, per day), and contact form submissions. No passwords are stored.
Payment data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive, store, or process your card number or full payment details — these go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, solely to manage your account tier and billing portal access.
Why: data is collected solely to operate the service — key issuance, rate limiting, subscription management, and responding to contact messages. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for any purpose other than payment processing via Stripe.
Retention: API keys and usage logs are retained for as long as the account is active. Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing api@stocklake.dev.
Cookies: we set a single session cookie on login (HttpOnly, Secure — used only to keep you signed in to the dashboard). No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.
Marketing emails: we send product updates and feature announcements only to users who have opted in via the dashboard. You can withdraw consent at any time from your Account Settings. We never share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Account deactivation: you can deactivate your account at any time via the dashboard. This revokes all API keys and marks your account as inactive. Your data is retained for audit purposes. To request permanent deletion of your data, email api@stocklake.dev.
